My name is Frank Smits, and my passion lies in creating sustainable living spaces for Supported Living. I aim to make a positive social and environmental impact by contributing to a stable living environment for individuals who need extra support in their daily lives. My mission is to help them live as independently as possible and fully participate in society.
My personal experience with Supported Living stems from my own family. My wife and I have supported two children with care needs in building their independence. Since the age of 18, they have been living on their own and are currently pursuing two master’s degrees at university.
For Supported Living providers, I supply suitable homes on a long-term lease basis. Currently, I am assisting an investment company in Leeds with the completion of two Supported Living properties for a care provider. I am eager to explore opportunities to support Supported Living providers in the Newcastle area.
